Welcome to the Trade-a-Trade website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Trade-A-Trade's relationship with you in relation to this website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
• The Trade-A-Trade website is a referal website for tradesmen to trade their trade with other tradesmen. When a Trade a Trade request has been sent to another tradesman, the owners of the Trade-A-Trade website accept no responsibiltiy for any actions or services that take place after the trading of trades has occured.
• Tradesmen who register on the Trade-A-Trade website are given a "subscription" to the Trade-A-Trade website which entitles the Tradesman to list his/her Trade and/or Business details for 365 days from the date of registration and entitles the Tradesman to full access to all Job Seekers, Quotes and Tenders on the website.
• Once a listing has been added using the "Advertise my Trade" page, the date this form is submitted is then known as the "listing date" and "time of subscription".
• A subscription to the Trade-A-Trade website has a duration of 365 days from the listing date.
• Tradesmen are not obliged to renew their subscription if they don't want to.
• Tradesmen who register on the Trade-A-Trade website complete and submit the "Advertise my Trade" page and can register for $100AUD per year from the date of completing and submitting the form, which is renewable 365 days after date of registration (listing date).
• Tradesmen who register on the Trade-A-Trade website will have their Trade and/or Business details listed within 24 hours of the registration time. Once a Tradesman registers, his/her username and password will be emailed to the person and using these logon details, are able to access all Job Seekers, Quotes and Tenders on the website.
• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Policies and Procedures
• Data sent to and from the Trade-A-Trade Advertise my Trade page is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption of 128 bit. Data is transmitted securely to the Trade-A-Trade server and is stored in a secure manner.
• All information kept on the Trade-A-Trade server is secured and is protected at all times.
• Credit Card information is not kept on the Trade-A-Trade server.

• All prices shown on the website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• A Tradesman can cancel his/her subscription to the Trade-A-Trade website at any time using the "Contact Us" webpage.
• If a Tradesman cancels his/her subscription, Trade-A-Trade are not obliged to refund any of the subscription money remaining on the subscription term which is 365 days from listing date.
